Cincinnati Brass Band performs at OMEA 2023

Cincinnati Brass Band was honored to perform at the Ohio Music Educator Association Professional Development conference in Columbus, OH. The band was joined by feature soloists Ashley Hall-Tighe and Dan Grantham.

1994-1995

Concerts were held at Christ the King Lutheran Church, a Salvation Army Benefit at St. George Center, the Lexington Brass Band Festival, a joint concert with Northwest High School, the Shane Hayes Scholarship Fund Benefit at Lemon Monroe HS, the Stanbury Park Ice Cream Social and a Cincinnati Art Museum Fund Raiser.

Cincinnati Brass Band Founded!

In March of 1993, the CBB is organized by Bill Harvey of Buddy Rogers Music, with Anita Cocker Hunt and Drew Cremisio as co-directors. Later Anita becomes the director, as Drew shifts to a role of principal cornet and assistant director. The band’s first performance is at the Tri-County Mall. Other concerts were held at the Wyoming Village Green, Hamilton Airport, Kenwood Mall, Northern Kentucky University, Roselawn Lutheran Church and the Cincinnati Art Museum.
